Hello
![]() I have just come back from a meeting with the someone at the Zenos academy. The meeting consisted of, that person talking to me about the jobs that I am interested in, this included a long discussion about the kind of jobs that I am qualifed for and even somethat i applyed for there and then. The meeting was great, really helped me, I am now more confident that I will find a job. This is due to the person who I had the meeting with, they were happy to listen to the critasisum I have about the zenos academy, and take it on board, and hand the feedback to the right people. This was a good time for mw to speak about conserns that i have about the course and trainer. The person also told me how i should be applying for jobs. Over all the meeting was good Helpful and I would encurage other people who i know turned down the opertunity to take it, even though you may not want to. This is the time when you can complain as much as you want !

I got a meeting soon, not looking forward to it at all. I didn't enjoy the course at all. I came to the conclusion after the first week into Zenos that support was not for me, I went to zenos not knowing it was all customer support, but now after doing that extensively i can tell for sure that is not what i want to do. So i don't realy see what i got to discuss at this meeting.
