This is the list of items from ADITP that you will be taking, although I don't have any further detail on what each one contains.

ADITP Zenos Course;

042
406
501
502
503
503 & 403
- Software Installation Plan
- Resources Required (Optical Media etc...)
- Identification of the System (Dell? Model, Mechine Tag Num)
- Sequence of Activity (1. Check with Customer and Agree a time)
- Screen shots of Tasks Including Backing up, VIrus Scanning, Spyware Scanning
- Changing significant system configuration (Such as Power Options) -- Anything that requires admin privileges
- Benchmarking the system.

I know that some of these are linked with the NVQ, so when you do NVQ work you will automatically pass some of those.
This list is not complete it will require more details.

510 is a load of bull.... took a full day no one in our class finnished it -_-

It is a load of shit yes... but doesn't take the whole day. Our class finished it before afternoon break.

Arghh 501 is a pain for me lol, beware of that one! Took me over a week near to the end of the second week to do that, due to the fact of having a backup trainer who was just litteraly teaching from the book, who himself has never done the flippen task either!! XD
